This Policy aims to clarify the rules for Removix (hereinafter referred to as "the Tool") regarding the collection, use, storage, and protection of user information, so as to safeguard the security and legitimate rights and interests of users' personal information. Your use of the Tool constitutes full reading, understanding, and acceptance of all terms of this Policy.

I. Scope of Information Collection
Only necessary information required to implement core functions is collected:
1. User-uploaded content: Images and video materials uploaded for using features such as image stylization, image-to-video conversion, face swap, outfit swap, and AI dance.
2. Basic device information: Device model, operating system version, and browser type. This is solely used to ensure the normal operation of the Tool and troubleshoot faults.
3. Feature usage data: Type of features used, operation time, and quantity of generated content. This is only used to optimize service experience and is not associated with personal identification information.

II. Rules for Information Use
1. Function implementation: Used exclusively to generate stylized images, videos, face swap/outfit swap effects, and AI dance videos requested by users. Results are only displayed to the user themselves.
2. Service optimization: Analyze usage data based on anonymization and aggregation to optimize feature performance without identifying individual users.
3. Prohibited uses: User information will not be sold or leased to third parties, nor used for purposes other than those specified in this Policy (such as advertising push or user profiling).

III. Information Storage Period and Method
1. Storage period: All user-uploaded materials and generated content will be stored for **7 days** from the date of upload or completion of generation. After expiration, they will be permanently deleted by an automated system and cannot be recovered.
2. Storage method: Stored on servers that meet industry security standards, using technologies such as data encryption and access permission control to prevent information leakage and tampering.
3. Early deletion: Users can actively delete relevant information through the "Delete Materials/Results" button in the Tool, which will be executed immediately upon confirmation.

IV. Information Protection Measures
1. Adopt technologies such as HTTPS transmission encryption and AES-256 storage encryption to ensure the security of information transmission and storage.
2. Strictly restrict access permissions of the operation team. Only authorized necessary technical personnel can access temporarily, and all access behaviors are fully recorded.
3. In the event of an information security incident, an emergency response plan will be activated immediately. Affected users will be notified within 48 hours and remedial measures will be taken.

V. User Rights
1. View personally uploaded content and generated results stored in the Tool at any time.
2. Proactively delete uploaded materials and generated content. Contact customer service to correct incorrect information if needed.
3. If you no longer agree to this Policy, you may stop using the Tool. Stored information will still be deleted in accordance with the 7-day period rule.

VI. Third-Party Service Description
The Tool may contain third-party SDKs or services (such as payment interfaces and cloud storage services). Third parties will process information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We will strictly screen service providers, require them to comply with data security standards, and supervise their performance of information protection obligations.

VII. Protection of Minors
Minors must read this Policy and obtain consent from their legal guardians before using the Tool. Guardians may contact us to inquire about or delete information uploaded by minors, and we will actively cooperate.

VIII. Policy Updates and Notifications
This Policy may be updated due to changes in laws and regulations or function adjustments. Updated versions will be prominently posted on the Tool's homepage and take effect after 7 days of public notice. Continued use of the Tool after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
